Brian Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is a 60 bed dually certified facility located in Low Moor, Virginia. Our home services Alleghany, Augusta, Botetourt, and Rockbridge County in Virginia and Greenbrier County in West Virginia.
Many of our nursing and therapy staff members drive from West Virginia and Lexington to be a special part of our family. The Brian Center employs over seventy care givers who pride themselves on making someone's day. Every member of our family is important and a vital part of ensuring the best possible care and services for our residents.
